Emigrating from Ukraine in 1979, my first job in the United States was working as a shipping clerk. After ten months, I began selling merchandise in different swab meets around Los Angeles and shortly after opened a janitorial service company, cleaning residential homes and small offices. After a lot of persistence and hard work I gained my biggest account; Herbalife International. After years of focus and saving money, I came across a Real Estate seminar at the Los Angeles Convention Center where the speaker was teaching about buying fix-flip homes. I liked that idea and invested in my first property in the City of San Bernardino; purchasing a 750 sq. ft. home for $26K. After 1 year of renovating, I sold the property for $47K and this was beginning of my journey as real estate investor.
During my 25 years in the industry, I have purchased, renovated, rented and sold 200+ residential and multi-family properties as well as owned and operated a property management company. I have a strong understanding of the market dynamics and investment strategies that drive success. I am experienced in building relationships with real estate agents and establishing connections with private lenders, mortgage companies, title representatives, and escrow companies.
Additionally, I am a licensed general contractor, having built 26 custom designed homes in the Inland Empire.
