Susie Kang is a professionally licensed Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions Broker and Advisor with more than 20 years of experience in leadership and entrepreneurial roles. She has established a reputation for going above and beyond for her clients, and is a highly respected member of the renowned firm, Zoom Business Brokers and M&A Advisors. A results-oriented, proactive problem solver with fluency in English and Korean, she prides herself on building strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and her extensive list of industry contacts. It is Susie’s passion for helping others achieve their business and investment goals, and turn their dreams of financial security into reality, that compels her to continuously strive for nothing short of excellence in the level of service she offers her clients.
As a Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions Broker, Susie’s services include professional industry valuation of privately held businesses, with or without real estate, while effectively marketing exclusive listings via business and property reviews, and comprehensive package information, advertising on all of the leading business, commercial websites and circulations, and networking with over 100 industry colleagues, and a database of thousands of qualified potential buyers. As part of the brokerage team at Zoom Business Brokers and M&A Advisors, she has collaborated on business deals ranging from $600K to multi-million dollar sales. A successful closing, with both seller and buyer satisfied, is always the goal, but even after the sale, Susie continues to assist her clients with any and all of their investment and business needs. This type of personalized service—from initial valuation to marketing, negotiations, closing, and long-term needs—ensures a smooth process, from start to finish, for her clients.
Prior to joining Zoom Business Brokers and M&A Advisors., Susie served as Co-Producer and Co-Host for i-CBC, a cable talk show targeting a select group of entrepreneurs, investors, and international business executives. She was responsible for the conceptualization and launch of this program, as well as for securing guest interviews, airtime segmentation, co-hosting, negotiating with nationwide cable networks, and securing sponsors and investors. This position gave Susie a phenomenal opportunity, allowing her to further broaden her knowledge base with an in-depth look at numerous successful businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Previously, Susie has served in several progressively responsible positions for a non-profit organization called Wycliffe Associates, Inc., rapidly receiving promotions from Major Donor Coordinator to Executive Director, and then to Coordinator of Volunteer Ministries. For many years she has been an active volunteer, mentoring and teaching youth groups at non-profit organizations, going on short-term mission trips, and taking part in efforts to feed the homeless and assist third world countries. With a goal of supplying aid in the form of medical care, food, and clothing—and eventual establishments of hospitals, schools and orphanages in the near future—in impoverished countries, Susie Co-Founded Love & Action, Inc. in 1999, a non-profit organization that continues to thrive.
Susie Kang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Fullerton, and has completed advanced business and intercultural studies Master of Arts courses at Fuller Theological Seminary. Currently, she is in the process of receiving her Master of Arts Degree in Education at University of Southern California. In addition, she is a certified California Business Broker (CBB) and an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).
