As founder and CEO of USCAD, he led the company through sustained growth, transforming it from a regional business into a nationally recognized provider of technology, consulting, and implementation services. Upon Daniel exiting USCAD, the firm grew more than 250 million in annual revenues and around 250 people across the USA.
Throughout his career, Daniel has successfully led the company through periods of expansion, operational transformation, and strategic growth. Under his leadership, USCAD developed a national footprint, serving clients across a broad range of industries while building a reputation for innovation, customer success, and long-term value creation.
Following USCAD’s being sold to a France-based global technology group, Daniel joined the organization’s international leadership team while continuing as the CEO of the US-based business. He collaborated with executives across multiple countries to help shape growth strategies and strengthen global operations
A significant part of Daniel’s career has been dedicated to M&A (mergers and acquisitions), where he has led and advised on complex transactions from strategy and valuation through negotiation, due diligence, integration, and long-term value realization. Having successfully navigated acquisitions both as an operator and executive leader, both as a buyer and a seller, he brings a unique perspective that combines deal expertise with firsthand experience running and scaling businesses. As he transitions into M&A advisory and business brokerage, Daniel is focused on helping business owners maximize value, navigate critical decisions with confidence, and achieve the best possible outcomes in the sale, acquisition, or transition of their companies.
