I meet with business owners to discuss their exit strategies, the value of their businesses, and how to exit their businesses and invest the capital gains to achieve their long-term financial goals. Once I list a business, I work hard to find qualified buyers, and assist with every stage of the transaction process.

I work with businesses large and small, public and private, their owners, presidents, CFOs, partners, and finance people. I work with professional practices, accounting firms, law firms, and wealth managers. I work with companies in the software, networking, aerospace, aviation, medical devices, medical services, semiconductor, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, financial and legal services, and numerous other industries.

What makes me unique is that I am an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, a licensed real estate agent, and a licensed life and health insurance agent. Having these licenses and credential allows me to work seamlessly and efficiently with business owners through any and all phases of a business valuation, business transaction, and investment of the proceeds of the sale to provide maximum benefit to my client.
