As an entrepreneur for 25 years, I have experienced the trials of starting, building and selling several businesses of my own ranging from retail stores to multi-million dollar marketing and manufacturing companies. Working through both sides of many transactions has given me a comprehensive understanding of business valuation, deal structuring, creative problem solving and due diligence.

I have a BS in Finance, Real Estate and Law and a strong background in product development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and intellectual property with over a dozen patents and trademarks of my own.
