Personal Experience

Being originally from the Philippines, Donna has that natural “joie de vivre” and ease when dealing with people. She also understands the importance of selling a business as she once was a business owner herself. With that in mind, she puts all her skills and natural abilities to work both for the buyers and the sellers.

Besides owning a business, she held Series 6 and Series 63 licenses. She is also a licensed attorney since 2006 and has worked at a nonprofit organization, small and medium sized law firms, and as a solo practitioner in Los Angeles and Orange County.  She maintained a direct relationship with clients managing their expectations, explaining the legal process, and making sure they know they are well-represented every step of the way. She has represented reputable banks in consumer debt law cases in various superior courts in California, and she has successfully negotiated and settled numerous cases leaving the clients and opposing parties highly satisfied.

Just as she was throughout her professional career, her clients can expect her to be professional, ethical, straightforward, diligent, and motivated, from start to closing. Moreover, her analytical and detailed mind, along with her experience as a financial advisor and a lawyer can give her clients the assurance and peace of mind that no stone will be left unturned and that she will find the best deal for them.

She focuses on businesses with over $1million in gross revenues but does not limit herself to that when she recognizes a good opportunity to help a client.  She has a direct connection into the small business industry that gives her an inside look to who’s buying and acquiring businesses in real time.

Caveat: In this role, she will act solely as a business broker, not as an attorney. Zoom Business Brokers work closely with attorneys who specialize in business sales and can provide a referral if needed.
