With over thirty years of combined experience in business ownership and the corporate world, I bring a broad and deep understanding of how businesses truly work. For the past fifteen years, I’ve successfully owned and operated my own companies, and before that, I spent another fifteen years in the corporate sector as a Products and Services Development Manager, leading teams of engineers and technicians.
My background includes Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering as well as in Software Engineering, and I hold 26 patents with several published technical papers. This technical and business foundation has given me a deep appreciation for the intellectual property value that many businesses possess — often one of the most overlooked aspects when it comes to selling.
Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations ranging from small startups to major corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, NASA, Mount Sinai Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic. My experience spans medical devices, manufacturing, CNC machining, industrial products, ultrasonic cleaning systems, and more. I’m also familiar with regulatory frameworks and have worked with agencies such as Social Services, the FDA, and other regulatory bodies.
Having built and scaled my own businesses from scratch, I understand every stage of the business life cycle — from research and development, operations, and quality assurance to sales, scaling, and exit planning. My experience extends into lease negotiations, tenant improvements, and compliance with city and state regulations, including property transactions tied to business sales.
In addition, as an active preschools owner/operator, I offer a unique advantage to childcare business owners who may be preparing to expand, scale, or retire. I understand their challenges firsthand and know how to position their businesses attractively to qualified buyers.
